Amazon Marketplace Coordinator, Pricing & Promotional Strategy

About the Role
The Amazon Marketplace Coordinator, Pricing & Promotional Strategy is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting deal management, promotional workflows, and pricing operations across global marketplaces. This position partners closely with account management and cross-functional teams to execute against promotional calendars, monitor compliance, and ensure accuracy across North America and EMEA regions.
This is a fast-paced environment where deal timelines are time-sensitive, eligibility issues must be proactively addressed, and inventory alignment is critical to success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, exercises sound judgment under pressure, and continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency across high-volume workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Promotions & Deal Execution
- Execute deal submissions, coupon setups, and promotional updates across marketplace platforms for North America and EMEA
- Manage promotional calendars and timelines, ensuring all deals are submitted, approved, and launched on schedule
- Monitor deal eligibility and proactively identify issues such as listing suppression, pricing conflicts, or inventory constraints
- Support execution of major retail events and seasonal campaigns
Pricing Operations & Compliance
- Monitor pricing compliance and suppression alerts across global marketplaces, escalating risks as needed
- Support pricing updates and repricing activities in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Maintain pricing documentation, ensuring alignment with margin and profitability targets
- Generate pricing and performance reports to support decision-making
- Partner with additional marketplace channels to ensure pricing alignment and minimize compliance issues
Inventory & Promotional Alignment
- Track fulfillment inventory levels against the promotional calendar, identifying potential risks ahead of live events
- Partner with inventory and supply chain teams to flag gaps impacting deal readiness or eligibility
- Monitor promotional performance relative to inventory sell-through to support post-event analysis
Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Maintain trackers and workflows using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, and marketplace teams to support execution
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation, and reduce manual effort
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or pricing/promotion execution
- Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Seller Central or similar tools)
- Experience managing promotional calendars, pricing updates, or deal execution in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage large product catalogs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines independently
- Analytical mindset with experience working in spreadsheets and performance reporting
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with repricing tools, promotional analytics, or pricing strategy is a plus
- Exposure to international marketplaces (e.g., Canada, EU/UK) is a plus
