Accounts Payable Clerk
Sparks, NV (onsite)
$22-24/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper approvals
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
- Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including setup, updates, and 1099 documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities
- Support AP reporting, audit requests, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and general Microsoft Office proficiency
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional communication skills and strong customer service orientation
