Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant
Job Description:
Collect and manage large amounts of receivers and invoices for matching, review and coding.
Data entry of invoices into Accounting Software program.
Review AP batches for accurate entry and timely vendor payments.
Manage vendor information databases, keeping up to date records.
Handle vendor billing issues with timeliness.
Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and field personnel.
Availability to learn much more as skill level and interest allows.
Skills required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, email, document management
Pleasant and professional phone skills
Ability to work well with a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule:
Part Time, approximately 25 hours/week. Flexible schedule to be worked out by Employer/Employee
Compensation:
Dependent on level of experience, very competitive wages offered. Growth and expansion of duties also possible.
