Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for numbers and process improvement? Our client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to play a key role in ensuring invoice accuracy and operational efficiency.
???? Location: Onsite in Pico Rivera
???? Pay Rate: $25/hour
???? Schedule: Temporary to Hire Role, 40 hours a week
???? What You’ll Do
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice processing to payments.
Verify approvals and coding for compliance with company policies.
Perform weekly check runs and electronic payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries.
Support month-end close activities and generate AP reports.
Collaborate with Branches and procurement to resolve price/quantity variances.
Review aging reports and take action on items older than 12 months.
Participate in process improvements and system enhancements.
???? What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role.
Strong grasp of accounting principles and ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Details: $24.99 to $25.00 per hour
