Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in North- East Indianapolis. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, with experience in processing vendor invoices and working in ERP systems such as JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for accounts payable functions.
- Prepare and process payments, including ACH and checks.
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
