Key Responsibilities:
- 3-Way Matching: Accurately match invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports to ensure precision in processing.
- Payment Processing: Manage vendor payments while resolving any discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Data Management: Utilize intermediate Excel skills to maintain financial data, create reports, and assist in data analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and vendors to maintain strong working relationships and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable or a related finance role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
