Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable AssociateLocation: South Hackensack, New Jersey (100% on-site)Salary: $50,000 - $55,000About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our client’s team in South Hackensack, New Jersey. This role involves supporting accounting and finance operations through administrative and transactional tasks. You will play a key part in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial processes while ensuring smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities· Run reports for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)· Participate in invoice approval processes· Apply bank cash and AP/AR payments· Enter orders and purchase order (PO) dates· Manage POs for overseas and domestic orders· Prepare AP for check runs· Scan, file, and manage AP invoices· Distribute mail and maintain organized file areas· Maintain inventory of cleaning and office supplies· General housekeeping and assist with other projects· Issue POs for logistics and goods receipt· Communicate with suppliers and respond to customers professional· Additional projects or assignments may be provided by the Supervisor or Manager during downtime.
