Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of manual accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, data entry, and timely posting
- Match invoices to supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Monitor and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable email inboxes, responding to vendor and internal inquiries
- Provide backup support to accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, and customer follow‑up as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in accordance with company policies
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an accounting clerk, accounts payable, or similar role
- Hands‑on experience with manual AP processing strongly preferred
- Exposure to accounts receivable processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
