LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company to support their staff during a leave of absence. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations. This role supports a manufacturing environment and requires hands-on involvement in payroll, intercompany billing, and month-end close processes. Accounting ManagerLocation: Royersford, PA 19468Duration: 3–6 months Pay Rate: $45–$50/hourKey ResponsibilitiesIntercompany Billing: Manage monthly intercompany billing and ensure timely statement distribution.Payroll Oversight: Handle payroll changes for 120 employees—weekly for plant staff and semi-monthly for office staff.Shift Transition: Oversee transition from two shifts to one, ensuring accurate labor cost allocation.Month-End Close: Assist with journal entries, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.Cash Management: Perform daily cash account reconciliations and monitor cash flow.Team Collaboration: Work with a team of seven in the U.S.; supported by one payable coordinator.Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting processes.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).Ability to manage payroll and intercompany transactions.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
