Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager needed for large scale company located near Corona, CA. Will pay 140-150k plus bonus DOE. Hybrid role. Benefits include: M/D/V, 401k match, paid holidays, sick and vacation days.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and consolidations.
• Responsible for month, quarter and year end close.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and adjusting journal entries
• Perform Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation
• Maintain monthly supporting schedule (depreciation, amortization, roll-forward schedules etc.)
• Review financial statement trend and propose adjustments
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable team for invoice, payment, and accrual accuracy.
• Assists in the preparation of various monthly reports for the management team
• Manage, coach and train teams.
• Manage foreign currency and IFRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required. MBA a plus.
• CPA a plus. Public accounting experience preferred.
• Min of 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Publicly traded company experience needed.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience with heavy volume, fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Inter-company consolidation experience.
• Large company background.
