Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

Pay: 45-50/hr

Are you looking to join an exciting organization and have at least three years of accounting experience as a staff or senior accountant? Do you have experience with inventory accounting? The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, good GL accounting experience, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile retail store inventories across multiple locations.
• Perform month‑end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and inventory‑related reporting.
• Conduct general ledger account analysis and create required journal entries.
• Process manual inventory transfer transactions within the inventory system.
• Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets to support internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as Supply Chain, Operations, and FP&A.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays during month‑end close.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and comfort working with high‑volume data.
