Accountant
Location: Fullerton, CA (Onsite)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills with a focus on month-end close, general ledger account reconciliations, and journal entries. This is a fully onsite role in Fullerton, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support preparation of financial reports and schedules for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Available to start immediately and commit to a 2–3 month contract.
