We are seeking a System Administrator, Service Management to support and optimize our Service Management platform used by IT and business teams. This role serves as the platform expert, ensuring system stability, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the service desk, asset management, and change control platform
- Manage daily operations of a cloud-based service management system
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and releases
- Troubleshoot software and performance issues
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership
- Automate workflows and processes using tools such as Python, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Collaborate with IT, EPMO, Governance, Sales, and Operations teams
- Act as technical point of contact for vendors and third-party partners
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years experience in a cloud-based IT or service management role
- Experience with tools such as SolarWinds, Freshservice, Zendesk, or similar
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Azure, Okta, APIs, and system integrations
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or Trello
