- 3 years of experience in credit and collections or accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of credit policies, risk evaluation, and collections best practices
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
- Solid Excel and reporting skills
- Professional communication style with customers and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing challenging accounts
- Pittsburgh, PA area
- Onsite or hybrid options may be available depending on the employer
