Front Office
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Create a professional, welcoming experience for clients, vendors, and guests
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with discretion
- Maintain a clean, organized office office
- Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room logistics
- Coordinate office technology, facilities, and building maintenance with vendors
- Track office-related projects and follow up to completion
- Support company events, including logistics and vendor coordination
- Maintain system access, security permissions, and office records
