What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Paralegal position at LHH US?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Paralegal that would be interested in a contract assignment for 2-3 months or more! This individual will work closely with an existing team member for training prior to the leave and will play a key role in maintaining continuity of operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage legal documents and requests between internal real estate teams, clients, and outside counsel
- Prepare and distribute outbound documentation to landlords and other stakeholders
- Handle and route inbound mail, ensuring timely processing with internal teams and/or clients
- Maintain and update records using Salesforce and internal tracking systems
- Support workflow management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions and related activities
- 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage while on assignment
- This is a temporary, onsite position supporting a maternity leave
- Training will be provided prior to the leave to ensure a smooth transition
