Quality Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to support product and process quality across the organization. This role serves as a key link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality issues, including issuing NCRs and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, rejections, and returns.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including occasional on-site visits.
• Oversee quarantine and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to address quality issues impacting inventory and logistics.
• Support inspection of incoming materials and returned products.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, reporting, and communication with global quality teams.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for U.S. customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality systems.

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
