growth. About your new role: As a Quality Engineer, you will analyze
Product Capabilities, Communicate Customer Requirements, Train
appropriate individuals in SPC, coordinate process capability studies,
and assure that only quality product is received by the customer.
Responsibilities include: Research customer complaints and corrective
action, monitor and update Quality Assurance programs (DOE, process
control plans, etc.), create SPC program(s) for new product, and
contribute to product inspection and judge its conformance to the
specifications. What you need: Four-year-related degree or equivalent
experience required. 3-5 years\' experience in Quality Engineering.
Previous quality experience in a Manufacturing environment with heavy
exposure to SPC, Process Control, & Process Capability Studies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills
(Word processing, spreadsheets, database) Good organization skills -
ability to perform multiple tasks. Subject matter expert on Statistics
and Engineering Practices. Experience in an ISO organization a plus.
