The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Float between all floors of the hospital to register inpatient patients.
- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
- Previous medical insurance experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
