Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with commercial real estate matters including closings, title, and surveys
- Perform initial due diligence for closings
- Request UCC documents
- Organize and assemble loan documents and prepare exhibits
- Attend closings
- Conduct title searches, review title reports, and obtain title updates
- Obtain survey proposals and review surveys for accuracy
- Prepare electronic document binders and post-closing due diligence
- 4 years of recent commercial real estate experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be able to prioritize projects and multi-task
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
