This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated work, a manageable billable requirement, and long-term professional growth. The attorney will handle complex commercial real estate matters involving financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing, loan documentation, closings, servicing, workouts, and related debtor-creditor issues. The position requires experience representing both debtors and creditors, along with familiarity with federal bankruptcy matters. Qualifications:

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Active and in good standing with the Oregon State Bar
- 5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience representing both debtors and creditors
- Federal bankruptcy experience
- Strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with commercial financing, loan documentation, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and workouts
- Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Highly detail-oriented with sound independent judgment
- Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
- Strong employment history and commitment to client service
- Ability to develop positive, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
