Location: Indianapolis, Muncie, Bloomington, or Lafayette, IN (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for clinical healthcare roles (nurses, allied health, and other clinical staff)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers
- Partner with sourcing teams to build strong candidate pipelines
- Manage offer process including offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and performance
- Maintain a high level of organization across multiple requisitions
- 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience recruiting for clinical positions is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Team-oriented, mission-driven mindset
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite required in one of the listed Indiana locations)
- Equipment provided (laptop cell phone)
- Pre-employment requirements: background check, drug screen, TB test, and proof of immunizations
