- Coordinate payroll processes by collecting, reviewing, and submitting employee data such as new hires, terminations, pay changes, and timekeeping information to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness offerings; serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and vendor coordination
- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting roles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring logistics, and assisting with offer and onboarding processes
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by addressing employee relations matters, answering policy-related questions, and supporting performance management and corrective action processes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation, documentation, system access, and exit processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HRIS and personnel files, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Support HR policies and procedures, helping ensure consistent application and compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines
- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics related to benefits, payroll, and workforce data
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and culture-related programs
- Stay current on HR best practices, employment regulations, and benefits trends to support continuous process improvement
- Minimum 2-3 years of handling Payroll/Human Resources
