In essence, your role involves:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers and external agencies (if applicable) on job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and maintain ATS tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire) to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Manage core day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, background checks, HRIS updates, and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by partnering with third-party providers (e.g., TriNet), assisting with payroll cycles, 401(k), and leave management.
- Coordinate immigration and global mobility processes with external counsel, tracking visa timelines and ensuring compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems, org charts, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws while identifying opportunities to improve HR systems and processes.
- Support talent management, learning & development, employee engagement initiatives, and key projects, including performance reviews, training programs, and ownership of programs such as the Summer Internship Program, as well as other ad hoc HR initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a HR role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals including knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exposure to sales & trading, financial services, or SaaS industry is a plus
- Experience with HRIS and ATS software (TriNet, Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, BrightHire) is a plus
- Certification(s): SHRM(CP/SCP), HRCI(PHR/SPHR) is a plus

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
