LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing payroll-related tasks and assisting with onboarding and other HR administrative duties. This position ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with company policies, and a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.Responsibilities:Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday).Validate employee data, timecards, and deductions; resolve discrepancies promptly.Prepare and distribute payroll reports and reconciliation statements for Finance.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions while maintaining confidentiality.Assist with audits related to payroll and benefits.Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, new hire packets, and scheduling orientations.Ensure completion of all required documentation (I-9, W-4, benefits enrollment).Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.Assist with HR projects and ad hoc tasks such as compliance reporting, policy updates, and employee communications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll and onboarding.Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FMLA, COBRA, wage and hour compliance).Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Hours:9:00am-5:00pmMonday through FridayWorksite Type:100% in officeEmployment Type: Contract/TemporaryAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
