HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the growing team of one of the largest NYC non-profit organizations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as point person between assigned employee population, hiring managers, and the Human Resources corporate office with all HR related matters.
-Assist line managers with all HR functions inclusive of onboarding, processing of new hires, payroll set-up, benefits enrollment, changes to employee records, guidance with policies and procedures, and leaves of absence and terminations.
-Generate new and maintain confidential employee records.
-Manage the new hire orientations for assigned population.
-Develop and generate HR reports as needed.
-Assist HR Director with special projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 plus years of relevant H/R experience supporting a population of over 100 employees
-Bachelor’s degree in H/R or related field
-Familiarity with payroll, Paychex software preferred
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Bilingual Spanish a plus
