We are seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and providing hands-on support across employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and employment regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR programs, benefits, and policies.
  • Support payroll coordination, timekeeping, and employee data updates as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reports.
  • Support performance management, employee relations issues, and internal investigations as directed.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred, not required)
  • Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations
  • Payroll or benefits administration experience
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
