What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at LHH US?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with 2-4 years of human resources experience to support daily HR operations, recruiting activities, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Workday is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain and manage candidate information within the ATS system
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR programs, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and recruiting data as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Partner with internal teams to support employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or Human Resources experience
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, onboarding, and HR administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
