What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at LHH US?
HR Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Coordinator for our client local to the Seattle region. This role will be based out of the Eastside, mainly the Issaquah area, and interested candidates must feel comfortable floating to different locations as needed. This will be a full-time, contract opportunity for our client. This position will be focused on supporting HR functions, mainly within recruiting and onboarding, including scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews and getting new hires through the background and onboarding process. This position will also be a liaison between employees and the HR team, answering general inquires and assisting with any request as needed. Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree desired, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years human resources/administrative experience
- Proficiency working within HRIS and Microsoft Office systems

- Strong ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
