LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support an established higher education client. This role will serve as the first point of contact for the HR department and support daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, payroll support, leave and benefits administration, employee inquiries, and special projects in direct partnership with the HR Manager.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

This role will serve as the first point of contact for the HR department and support daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, payroll support, leave and benefits administration, employee inquiries, and special projects in direct partnership with the HR Manager.
Title: HR Coordinator (Temp)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $30 - $35
Schedule: Fully Onsite
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 5 pm
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communication
- Support payroll processing, timesheet review, and payroll-related inquiries
- Assist with benefits administration and leave coordination including FMLA, CFRA, and disability requests
- Serve as the first line of support for employee and department inquiries by answering HR calls and responding to requests
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the HR Manager with reports, audits, special projects, and additional HR administrative functions
- 2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with recruitment, payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
