LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable law firm to recruit an estate planning legal assistant or paralegal. This full time role is ideal for a detail oriented professional with at least three years of experience supporting estate planning attorneys. The position involves document preparation, file management, client communication, and assistance with the full estate planning workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with preparation and drafting of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related materials
- Coordinate client meetings, maintain calendars, and manage ongoing communication with clients and fiduciaries
- Organize and maintain detailed estate planning files in accordance with firm procedures
- Support document execution processes including scheduling, witnessing, and notarization
- Prepare summaries, asset lists, and related estate planning worksheets
- Assist with trust funding tasks including preparation of transfer documents and communication with financial institutions
- Conduct basic research and gather information needed for estate planning matters
- Manage scanning, proofreading, formatting, and quality control for all documents
- Prepare correspondence, engagement letters, and follow up communications
- Support attorneys with general administrative tasks and workflow management
- Minimum of three years of experience as an estate planning legal assistant or paralegal
- Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and related terminology
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
