We are seeking an experienced Buyer for a temporary, full-time onsite role in Oakdale, NY. This position will support procurement activities within a manufacturing environment and requires hands-on buying experience. The ideal candidate can start immediately and is comfortable working onsite five days per week.

- Source materials and place purchase orders with approved vendors
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply continuity
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and availability
- Assist with procurement documentation and purchasing records as needed
- Ability to work full time onsite (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Immediate availability to start
- Specific buying/procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- This is a temporary assignment with an hourly pay rate of $33/hour
- Ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing procurement experience looking for a short-term opportunity
