Branch Manager

We are hiring for a Branch Manager in Milwaukee, WI. This is an opportunity to join a growing financial institution. If you have at least three years of business development and supervisory experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead retail employees and Branch operations
• Maintain a presence in the community through involvement
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor staff
• Work to meet strategic objectives and profitability goals

Requirements:

• At least three years of financial supervisory experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
• Strong sales and leadership acumen
• Professional communication skills both verbal and written
