Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist Job in San Diego, CA LHH is working with a financial services company in La Mesa, and they are expanding their customer support team! This is a temporary to direct hire position, and the pay will be $22 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls from customer and clients - Conducting outbound calls to follow up on voicemails and emails - Communicating with customers to update information - Assisting customers with questions and inquiries - Discussing different plans available to determine best fit for customer - Reviewing and confirming information with customers - Documenting all discussed cases and creating tickets in CRM - Other customer service and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish - At least two years of customer service experience - Desire to grow within the financial services industry - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Excellent customer service skills Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 5:00pm Full-Time, 40 hours per week Location: La Mesa/San Diego, CA; Hybrid and Remote opportunities Pay Details: $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nicolette Suskauer Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
