Administrative Enrollment Coordinator (Direct Hire) LHH is partnering with an established organization in Valley Center to hire an Administrative Enrollment Coordinator for a direct-hire role. This position is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, comfortable reviewing legal documentation, and confident using Excel to track and audit sensitive records. You'll play a key role in ensuring enrollment applications are accurate, complete, and ready for submission. Responsibilities:

- Vet and audit enrollment applications for completeness and accuracy
- Identify discrepancies across legal documents such as name spelling, dates of birth, and SSN vs. birth certificate
- Research and verify supporting enrollment documentation
- Compile complete enrollment packages for submission
- Draft and manage official correspondence using established templates
- Maintain highly organized, secure, and confidential enrollment records
- Track applications, documentation, and status updates using Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and inconsistencies
- Advanced Excel experience (tracking, sorting, filtering, reporting)
- Experience reviewing legal, compliance, or official documentation
- Legal or paralegal experience preferred
- Strong written communication skills
- Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information
- $65,000-$70,000 annual salary
- Direct hire opportunity
- Full Time, Monday-Friday
- Fully in office in Valley Center
