Location: Hauppauge, NY
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (Permanent, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; full time onsite
100 % Onsite Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Partner Success team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with ease, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize the team inbox by filtering, prioritizing, and routing emails appropriately.
  • Communicate proactively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Identify process gaps and provide insight into workflow automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Review partner agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Build and manage daily task lists independently, ensuring priorities are met.
  • Handle time-sensitive and confidential partner-related information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Manage calendars with exceptional precision, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and commitments are properly aligned.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Partner Success team.
  • Assist the Partner Success Manager with coordinating events, conferences, and team initiatives.
