LHH is partnering with a reputable company in the Kent, WA area that is looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist. This individual will be posting payments, reconciling accounts, and managing sales reports. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous AR experience. The manager is looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and who can get along with a team. This position offers a quick interview process. Responsibilities:

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Track and monitor client payments.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all receivables, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and compose daily sales reports.
- Process new orders accurately.
- Additional accounting tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Temporary for a few months.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Fully onsite in the Kent, WA office.
