HR Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Coordinator for our client located in Tacoma. This position will be a contract opportunity and a full-time, 100% onsite position. This role will be supporting our client's HR team as a whole, providing administrative support for all departments including but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work well independently, prioritizing their duties throughout the day. Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree strongly desired
- Minimum 1 year in an HR assistant/coordinator/administrative position
- Must be knowledgeable of WA employment laws
- Proficient working within Microsoft Office and HRIS Software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person
