What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at LHH US?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a part-time, temporary, Office Manager, to work in the office, in mid-town Richmond, VA and parking is provided. There is the potential for an increase in hours to full-time if the role goes contract-to-hire for the right candidate.
SCHEDULE: starting off part-time, 3 days a week, in office, Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays and if it goes contract-to-hire need someone flexible to increase to full-time hours and to take on additional duties.
DUTIES: for temporary role need someone to handling answering phones (about 10 calls a day); keeping the office in order; driving to the PO box (about a 1 mile away and mileage reimbursement, 3 times a week), scan checks to forward to Accountant and other duties as assigned.
SOFTWARE: Gmail and Google Suite
HOURS: from 8 am to 5 pm with an hour for lunch; or 8 am to 4:30 pm, with 30 minutes for lunch
CONTRACT PAY: $22 to $24
