Key Responsibilities

In this fast?paced Accounts Receivable role, you will support essential accounting functions, including:

• Posting customer payments and reconciling AR accounts
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies and short pays
• Preparing and distributing invoices and account statements
• Monitoring aging reports and contacting customers regarding past?due balances
• Communicating professionally to resolve payment?related issues
• Assisting with month?end close activities
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail with high numerical accuracy
• Experience with AR systems, payment posting, and basic Excel
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• A dependable, proactive approach to supporting financial operations
