Working closely with the AP/AR Manager and other groups internally, this role supports efficient AR operations and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and communications with customers to collect on Aggregate Accommodation balances, Claim Funding Requests, and Collateral Reconciliation items.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while professionally addressing payment inquiries, discrepancies, and concerns.
- Monitor assigned accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve billing issues, funding discrepancies, and reconciliation differences.
- Accurately document customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates in internal systems.
- Support reconciliation of customer accounts and ensure accuracy of balances and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining AR aging reports and escalating delinquent accounts as needed.
- Partner with the AP/AR Manager to improve collection strategies and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
- Contribute to month-end close activities by ensuring collection efforts and account updates are completed timely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of combined Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
