LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle accounts payable function. This role is ideal for a hands-on AP professional with strong experience in purchase order processing, vendor reconciliation, recurring payments, and job cost accounting. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely payments and supporting month-end close activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and on timePerform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentationEnter and code invoices in Sage 300 to appropriate GL and job cost accountsManage and schedule recurring payments (leases, utilities, service contracts)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerPrepare and process weekly check runs and ACH paymentsAssist with month-end close and AP reportingCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth payment processingQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred5 years of accounts payable experienceProficiency with Sage 300 (ACCPAC) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)Strong understanding of purchase order workflows, vendor reconciliation, and job cost allocationExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, construction, or event production environmentsAPPLY TODAY!!!
