Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in coding, entry, and approvals
- Manage and maintain the accounts payable workflow, including timely processing and tracking of payments
- Perform detailed data entry across accounting systems and supporting platforms
- Respond to vendor inquiries and follow up on outstanding items in a timely, professional manner
- Support the accounting team with administrative and operational tasks that improve overall efficiency
- Assist with clean-up projects, reporting support, and process improvements as needed
- 1 year of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative/accounting support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Comfortable working with accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AP automation tools or property management software is a plus
- Someone who enjoys hands-on, transactional accounting work and takes pride in accuracy
- A team player who can support multiple priorities and adapt in a growing environment
