Accounts Payable Specialist LHH Greater Hartford (On-site) LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for our client located in Hartford, CT. Not temp-to-hire. Duration: 12 Weeks Located at Hartford, CT (in office) Shift: M-F 8am-430pm This position is a Concierge Coordinator. This temp position is specifically for someone who will work our medical recalls as well as additional tasks that will include AP, purchasing and support for our internal and external partners. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, purchasing, healthcare, or a related field. Customer Service Experience, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook. Peoplesoft experience a plus. Prior experience in healthcare, medical recalls, or administrative support preferred. Proven ability to manage time-sensitive and high-priority tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA or similar regulations. Primary responsibility will include managing and executing critical medical recall processes.
