We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle core Accounts Payable and Receivable Functions. This role involves task-based work with responsibilities divided among team members, including invoice processing, payment application, and collections. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, enjoys hands-on accounting tasks, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform 3-way match for invoices and purchase orders.Monitor AP mailbox and route invoices for approval and payment.Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.Manage payment processing and apply cash accurately.Handle collections and maintain courteous communication with clients.Support task division within the team and assist in swing position duties as needed.Minimum Requirements3 years of accounting experience Proficiency in NetSuite is a PLUS and Excel is a MUSTStrong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a positive, can-do attitude.Highly detail-oriented, timely, and efficient.APPLY TODAY to this excellent Career Opportunity.
