Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter invoices into the accounts payable system on a weekly basis
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and process weekly vendor payments
- Assist with routine audits across multiple locations
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, or 2 years of general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Ability to pass a background check
