LHH is partnering with a large company to identify a temporary to hire Accounting Assistant for their team in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either administrative or accounting roles and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks. This manager is looking for someone with professional communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to contribute wherever they are needed. There is opportunity to grow within the operations or finance side within this company. Responsibilities: Maintaining the office and greeting customers. Managing invoices and securing necessary approvals. Communicating with vendors and reaching out to solve discrepancies. Process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with expense reporting and provide guidance to new hires on company reimbursement procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred. At least four years of professional work experience in either operations, administration, or accounting. Strong professional communication skills and ability to interact with customers and vendors. Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Employment Details: Temporary to hire. Fully in office in Bellevue, WA. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
