Position Summary:
A global leader in the consumer products space is expanding its Corporate FP&A team with three new Senior Financial Analyst roles. These positions are critical to internal operations and will support SG&A functions including HR, IT, Legal, and Accounting. The company is preparing for a potential restructure, making adaptability and precision essential. This is a high-impact, data-driven role with a formal growth path into business units or other finance teams within 18–24 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SG&A planning and analysis for internal support functions
- Conduct headcount and workforce planning
- Drive annual and long-range budgeting (3–5 year horizon)
- Analyze cost structures, equipment needs, and efficiency opportunities
- Support global consolidations and internal reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience in a large public company
- Demonstrated experience supporting SG&A functions (HR, IT, Legal, Accounting)
- Strong bottom-up planning and data analysis skills
- Proficiency working with large datasets and financial systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global consolidations
- Background in consumer products or manufacturing industries
