The Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization and influence data-driven business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that tell the story behind the numbers
- Partner with business units to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency
- Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Assist with board reporting, annual planning, and ad hoc strategic projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
- 4–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience (preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization)
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus)
- Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership
- Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
