Senior Strategic Procurement Consultant
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Industry: Biotech/Pharma
Are you a seasoned procurement strategist ready to make a high-impact contribution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment? We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Procurement Consultant to join a dynamic External Manufacturing Procurement team and lead critical initiatives that shape global manufacturing strategy.
In this role, you’ll take charge of high-priority negotiations—including Fuji, Xenpozyme, and Project Fusion—while also leading inventory workshops and developing a comprehensive label and packaging strategy. You’ll manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, build dashboards to track negotiation progress, and identify sourcing opportunities that drive efficiency and value.
You’ll also play a key role in optimizing Ways of Working (WoW), advising on procurement best practices, and delivering capability-building sessions that elevate team performance.
What You Bring:
BSc, MSc, or MBA with 10 years in strategic procurement/sourcing—biotech experience strongly preferred.
A proven track record in complex contract negotiations and external manufacturing partnerships.
Experience from a top-tier consulting firm is a major plus.
Advanced project management skills and a passion for capability building.
Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
